Mr C complained of damp in his home due to an overflowing gutter, he had been complaining of this to his Landlord since 2016 and had grown tired of their lack of response so instructed us to start a legal claim. Mr C was awarded compensation of £3,500 and the repairs were completed within 3 months of conclusion of the claim.
